All classes welcome students of every level of experience, including new timers. We guide students through self paced, individual jiu-jitsu movements, stretching, partnered drills, and a choice to spar through resistance training with different students.
Beginner to advanced classes
Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays
6:30pm – 8pm
Here we incorporate self defense and basic fundamental. This class is welcome to beginners, but is catered to those for who want to train with advanced students that will challenge and teach you when you need it.
Beginner to intermediate classes
5:30pm – 7pm
Here, we a thorough warm up to prevent injury, combining drills and stretches before drilling techniques focusing on a particular area of a fight, and then train resistance sparring. In this class you can build strength and techniques according to your body type and goals.
